Mijn verhaal

Hello! My name is Sigita Gauraca, I am from Latvia, currently studying (as a 3rd-year) in the Netherlands for a bachelor's degree in Equine Sports and Business. I have spent hundreds of hours training in horseback riding, both in the Netherlands and Latvia, dreaming of becoming a top athlete. In my first ever competition in the Netherlands, I placed seventh out of almost a hundred participants riding my friends horse.

In addition to the countless hours I've spent training, I have also spent a large amount of money, even though it has not always been available for me. Recently I have realized that in order for my dreams to come true I need to buy my own horse to be able to train at a higher level, thus I have been saving up money for a long time, however, it is very difficult as a student. I am trying to raise EUR 5000 over the next days and weeks. I am committed to doing whatever it takes to achieve my goals. I would be grateful for any support you can provide.
